Shucrea Victor-Cameron is the owner of Intentional Teaching Consulting Services. Our mission is to transform early childcare education professional practice through intentional teaching by building on evidence-based exemplary strategies. Shucrea is also a Doctoral Candidate investigating the efficacy of the school readiness program and the training being used, called TS GOLD® in southeastern, Florida.

Shucrea successfully trained and coached early childhood professionals in the state of Florida. Her 10 years experience as early childhood professional has provided her with a great deal of knowledge and first-hand experience. Shucrea supported her region with the implementation of school-based interventions such as The Creative Curriculum®, Teaching Strategies GOLD®, Conscious Discipline®, and CLASS® to ensure children's needs were being met.

Shucrea is also first-grade teacher for Broward County Public Schools. Her role as educator is to put school readiness on the forefront. By doing so, she speaks at regional and state conferences to ensure the developmental and educational needs of children are being met by building on evidence-based exemplary practices focused on the child, the family, the teacher, and the learning environments.
